Campaign Signs

Election campaign signs are permitted starting August 31, 2026 and removed no later than 72 hours after Voting Day. (Refer to Town of Huntsville By-law 2025-29 for campaign signs regulations.)
Voter Information Letters
Wednesday, September 30, 2026
Voter Information Letters will begin to be mailed out on September 30, 2026. The letter will contain a unique PIN and instructions for voting online or by telephone.
Voting Period
Wednesday, October 14 at 10 a.m. to Monday, October 26, 2026 at 8:00 p.m.
Voting will open at 10:00 a.m. on October 14 until 8:00 p.m. on October 26.

The Clerk will post the unofficial results after 8:05 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers, as well as on the Town's website.
The Clerk will declare the official election results as soon as possible after Voting Day.
