- Provide written comment, to be received no later than 1:00 p.m. on May 26, 2025, may do so by emailing clerk@huntsville.ca, or via mail.
- Make oral submissions to Council may do so in-person during the public portion of the meeting.
- Make oral submissions virtually can join the meeting using the information below.
Please note: All comments and submissions received will become part of the public record. Comments received as part of the public participation process for this proposal will be considered by Council.
