Public meetings are a portion of a meeting for either public hearings on a planning matter, or when Council or Committee deems that they would like to hear from the public on a specific matter.

Attendance instructions

For the convenience of those members of the public unable to attend in person meetings, meetings will be held in a hybrid format where technology is available. Under this hybrid format, members of the public will be able to choose to attend and participate in these meetings in person or remotely. Please review the following disclaimer respecting virtual meeting participation should you wish to participate remotely.

Virtual meeting participation disclaimer: If considering virtual meeting participation, please note that meetings may continue in-person despite internet interruptions or other technical issues encountered by virtual participants. To avoid technical issues the Town strongly encourages you to either submit comments prior to the meeting or attend in person to provide oral comments.

Participate in a meeting

Members of the public wishing to:

  • Provide written comment, to be received no later than 1:00 p.m. on May 26, 2025, may do so by emailing clerk@huntsville.ca, or via mail.
  • Make oral submissions to Council may do so in-person during the public portion of the meeting.
  • Make oral submissions virtually can join the meeting using the information below.

Please note: All comments and submissions received will become part of the public record. Comments received as part of the public participation process for this proposal will be considered by Council.
