Please note that all responses from previous summers have been cleared. Each participant is required to complete the questionnaire again this year.
To help make registration day faster and more convenient for camp families, we’ve opened the camp questionnaire early this year. Please take a few minutes to register each child who plans to attend Town of Huntsville camps this summer. As part of the registration process, you’ll be asked to complete our camp questionnaire. This important step provides our staff with the information they need to ensure every camper is safe and supported. We encourage you to answer each question as thoroughly as possible so our team is well prepared.
