This year we have also added Historical Walking Tours of Muskoka Pioneer Village and municipal cemeteries, where stories of the people and events that shaped our town will be brought to life! Cemetery Tales run September 10 and 17 and October 1, 15 and 29 at various cemeteries across the township. Our evening walking tours run September 3 and 24 and October 8 and 22. Both are by donation.
The Fall Art Walk returns to Muskoka Heritage Place on September 20. Muskoka talent is showcased against the picturesque backdrop of the pioneer village. Free admission to attendees!
October is also when the ghouls and goblins come out. To celebrate Halloween this year, we are trying something different and will be bringing our ghoulish tricks and treats to the Downtown BIA’s Tiny Tots Parade in place of our Great Pumpkin Trail.
