TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Huntsville proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, and amendments thereto, to stop up and close that portion of the Original Shore Road Allowance lying in front of Lot 27, Concession 10 Stephenson designated as Part 2, Plan 35R27606.
