This proposal consists of a residential development consisting of a maximum of 110 residential units, all being a mix of bungalow and two-storey townhouse dwelling units, on three (3) recreational resort residential blocks. Also proposed are two resort commercial blocks. The proposed development will be serviced by Grandview Drive, Highway 60, and a new private road, and include a conservation block, a block for a pump station, and three (3) open space blocks to house greenspace and a stormwater management facility.
MOPA#64 & OPA#7 – Applications have been made for an amendment to the District Official Plan and Town Official Plan to permit the proposed Grandview Village Development on the Grandview backlands.
CPPA/01/2025/HTE – Application has also been made for a Community Planning Permit By-law Amendment to permit this proposed development.
