Road Closure Notice – Huntsville Hawks Minor Lacrosse Parade – August 31, 2026
(Huntsville, ON) - Residents are advised that the Huntsville Hawks Minor Lacrosse championship parade will take place on Monday, August 31, impacting traffic in downtown Huntsville.
The following roads will be affected:

Main Street East from Centre Street to Brunel Road will be closed beginning at 5:15 p.m.

Brunel Road from Main Street East to Park Drive (Canada Summit Centre) will be closed from 5:15 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.
Beginning at 5:15 p.m., OPP vehicles will lead the parade along Main Street, from Centre Street to Brunel Road, then turn right on Brunel Road and arrive at the Canada Summit Centre at approximately 5:45 p.m.
This is a rolling road closure and roads will open up behind the parade as participating floats and vehicles move along the route.
