The Ontario Tourism Education Corporation (OTEC) is offering an Inclusive Service Excellence Workshop to tourism-related businesses in Huntsville. Tourism thrives on connection. Inclusive Service Excellence Workshop 
Date: Tuesday, November 18, 2025 
Time: 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 
Location: Canvas Brewing Co., Huntsville, Ontario 
Cost: $5 per person (reinvested into future training programs)

• Identify “moments of truth” that elevate guest interactions 
• Create empowering and welcoming first impressions
