TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Huntsville proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001 to:

The proposed By-law will come before Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, 37 Main Street East, Huntsville, Ontario on May 25, 2026 at the hour of 5:30 p.m., and at that time Council will hear any person or by his/her Counsel, Solicitor, or Agent, who claims that his/her lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
