NOTICE is hereby given to the Municipal Electors of the TOWN OF HUNTSVILLE that NOMINATIONS may be filed for the offices of:

Nominations to be filed in Huntsville may be made by completing and filing the prescribed Nomination form in the office of the Municipal Clerk, accompanied by the Declaration of Qualification form, identification showing name, qualifying address, photo and signature, and the prescribed nomination filing fee of $100. The filing fee is payable by cash, debit, certified cheque, money order or credit card.
A nomination must be signed by the candidate and may be filed in person or by an agent BY APPOINTMENT ONLY during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekends and Statutory Holidays excluded) beginning on Monday May 1, 2026 through to 2:00 p.m. on Friday August 21, 2026 (Nomination Day).
VOTING DAY is Monday, October 26, 2026

Les candidatures doivent être faites à Huntsville en remplissant la formule prescrite et en la déposant auprès du bureau du directeur des services généraux/greffière avec une déclaration de qualification, une pièce d’identité avec le nom, l’addresse, le photo, et la signature du candidat ou de la candidate, et les droits prescrits de 100 $. Les droits de dépôt peuvent être payé en espèces, par carte de débit ou de crédit, par chèque certifié, ou par mandat-poste.
La mise en candidature doit être signée par le candidat ou la candidate et peut être déposée en personne ou par un mandataire SUR RENDEZ-VOUS SEULEMENT durant les heures d’ouverture normales (de 8h30 à 16h30, sauf les fins de semaine et les jours fériés), du vendredi 1 mai 2026 jusqu’au vendredi 21 août 2026 à 14h (jour de déclaration de la candidature).
