In recognition of St. John Ambulance Week (June 21–27, 2026), the Town of Huntsville will host a flag-raising ceremony for St. John Ambulance Barrie Simcoe Muskoka on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. in Civic Square.

The Barrie Simcoe Muskoka branch has been serving the community since 1941. This special week celebrates the organization’s lifesaving work, as well as the dedication of its volunteers and their contributions to communities across the country.

More than 10,000 St. John Ambulance volunteers provide over one million hours of community service each year in more than 300 communities across Canada.
