In recognition of Community Living Month, the Town of Huntsville is pleased to host a flag raising for Community Living Huntsville on Monday May 11th, 2026, at 11:00 am in Civic Square.

Community Living Month is an annual awareness campaign that recognizes and celebrates the accomplishments of the community living movement in supporting children and adults with developmental disabilities to live the lives they choose in an inclusive community. This year’s theme is, #WeAllBelong, as we continue to reflect what we have heard from communities across the sector: belonging is not a single moment or message, but something lived every day through relationships, participation, and connection.
