🚧 Centennial Pool Renovation Alert – June 2 to August 2025

Renovations to the Centennial Pool change rooms begin June 2, 2025, and are expected to wrap up by late August.

During construction:

Change rooms will be closed
Temporary change space in Jack Bionda Dressing Rooms
Temporary deck shower available
Lockers outside pool area ($0.25, first-come, first-served)
Arrive in swimsuit if possible
Flip flops recommended

Town of Huntsville volunteer opportunities

If you enjoy staying active in a positive and engaging environment, volunteering at the Canada Summit Centre and Active Living Centre could be a perfect fit for you. We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities:

  • Ambassador Volunteer – Welcome guests to the centre, provide general information, give tours, and offer directions. 

  • Programming Volunteer – Assist with recreational programs or share a specialized skill in a supportive setting. 

  • Aquatic Volunteer – Work alongside certified Red Cross instructors and participate in regular aquatic staff training sessions. Volunteers receive job training in first aid, lifeguarding, and instructional techniques.
