Building Inspections, will not take place between Thursday, December 25th and Monday, January 5th, as Town Hall will be closed.  We will be re-opening on Monday January 5th, 2026.

During this time Building inspections will be limited to emergency or time-sensitive issues only. Inspections will be conducted on December 29 and December 30. To schedule an inspection, please Email the CBO directly at christopher.nagy@huntsville.ca or Call (705)788-4927. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to schedule an inspection.

Secondary Residential Dwelling Units

We're seeking submissions from qualified Designers to provide full building permit packages for Secondary Residential Dwelling Units (SRDUs).

Development Charges (DC's)

Property Information Package / Compliance Reports

For property owners and real estate agents and lawyers. This package provides details regarding issued building permits on file, the status of inspections, and any outstanding orders. It also offers information with respect to the zoning designation, permitted uses, and any planning approvals for the property.
