NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
REGARDING THE INSTALLATION OF A VIDEO
SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM IN RIVER MILL PARK

TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Huntsville is holding a public meeting on May 26, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Huntsville Civic Centre, Municipal Council Chambers to discuss the installation of a video surveillance system in River Mill Park.

The public meeting is an opportunity to comment on the installation and location of the Video Surveillance System in River Mill Park.  Additional details will be provided on the use of the Video Surveillance System as directed in the Town’s Video Surveillance Policy.

Report CORP-2024-48 – River Mill Park - Proposed Video Surveillance System - Report I was presented to Council on October 28, 2024, and made available on the Town’s website on October 24, 2024.

Resolution No. 205-24 was adopted by Council on October 28, 2024.

Any person may provide comments regarding the installation of the video surveillance system.
