a. stop up and close that portion of the Original Shore Road Allowance lying in front of Lot 16, Concession 14 Brunel designated as Part 1, Plan 35R28001

The proposed By-law will come before Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, 37 Main Street East, Huntsville, Ontario on February 23, 2026 at the hour of 5:30 p.m., and at that time Council will hear any person or by his/her Counsel, Solicitor, or Agent, who claims that his/her lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
