TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Huntsville proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001 to:

a. stop up and close that portion of the Original Shore Road Allowance lying in front of Lot 32, Concession 14 Brunel designated as Part 1, Plan 35R27934

The proposed By-law will come before Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, 37 Main Street East, Huntsville, Ontario on December 10, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., and at that time Council will hear any person or by his/her Counsel, Solicitor, or Agent, who claims that his/her lands will be prejudicially affected  and who applies to be heard. Written comments may be provided to the Clerk of the Municipality at the address below:
