Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative

Recognizing the importance and understanding of providing exceptional customer service to fulfill customer needs and expectations, the Customer Service Representative will provide service delivery to a diverse client base in a friendly, warm and knowledgeable manner utilizing a computer-based data system during Muskoka Heritage Place’s May to October season. You will process transactions either in person, phone, e-service or any other channel of communication efficiently and accurately taking ownership of client queries, keeping clients informed. The Customer Service Representative will also support the processes of the Community Services Division functions including day-to-day operations, data entry and maintaining inter-departmental communications.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have the ability to make decisions independently, must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills and be proficient in personal computer systems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a keen sense of customer service and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours are dependent on operations and will include daytime and weekends. The hourly wage for this position is $20.56.
