Residents are advised that the Spin the Lakes Cycle Tour will take place on Saturday, May 24, 2025, impacting roads in Huntsville and surrounding areas.  

Residents can expect traffic delays in proximity to the cycling routes throughout the Huntsville, Lake of Bays area and Muskoka Lakes municipalities. The event has several courses, extending east of Huntsville to Dorset, south to Baysville and west to Windermere including routes that travel Brunel Road, Britannia Road, North Portage Road and South Portage Road, Canal Road, East Browns Road, Muskoka Road 10, HWY 141, Hwy 35 and Hwy 117. Residents are encouraged to view the complete route details prior to the race event and plan ahead for travel.
