The Town of Huntsville is thrilled you want to take part in one of the many activities we have to offer. Below is all the information you need to get you registered and one step closer to attending:

Register online

If you have registered for any recreation or leisure programs and activities at the Canada Summit Centre since September 2017, you can log in without creating a new account.

  • If you forgot your password, contact customer service at 705-789-6421 ext. 0
  • New customers will need to create an account to register for a program online
  • The internet browser Google Chrome works best for the registration software program

Please note: Online registration is not possible for children with subsidy coverage. Please register in person at the Canada Summit Centre.

Registration is available in person at the Canada Summit Centre during main office business hours, unless otherwise indicated with specific programs.

Registration information

  • Full payment is due at the time of registration. All fees listed are plus applicable taxes. We accept the following methods of payment: VISA and Mastercard, Cash and Debit
  • We encourage everyone to participate in our programs. Non-residents are required to pay an additional 10% per participant, per program, as they do not pay property taxes which support the Town of Huntsville.
  • Programs cancelled due to inclement weather will not be rescheduled
  • All programs are subject to cancellation if there are insufficient registrations. If your program is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment you may transfer free of charge to another program (subject to availably) or receive a full refund. In the case of swimming lessons, levels may be combined and times may be changed

Refunds

  • A full refund can be issued for all courses cancelled by the Town of Huntsville
  • Customer requests for refunds or credits based or their withdrawal for a program must be received three full business days prior to program commencement
  • A $20.00 administration fee will be charged or all customer cancellations
  • Prorated refunds will be issue for medical reasons with a doctor's note
  • One-day clinics, courses and workshops will only receive credit

Fee assistance subsidy coverage

The District of Muskoka Community Services provides child care subsidy to eligible parents and guardians. To determine eligibility, please call 705-645-2412 or 1-800-461-4215 and ask to speak to the Child Care Case Aid.
