The Town of Huntsville is holding two open houses to discuss changes to compliance letter requests and is seeking industry feedback to help update the governing policy. Individuals who offer professional services in the construction and real estate industries are encouraged to participate. There is no RSVP requirement for the open houses.

What is a Compliance Letter?

A compliance letter outlines property specific information including the permitted uses of the property, septic information, building permit status, any known violations with the property and any additional municipal approvals or restrictions required by the Town of Huntsville.
