TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Huntsville has declared the following land as surplus and is offering said land for sale to the abutting land owner. Land being declared surplus and sold is vacant land, described as PIN # 481280261, Part Lot 15, Concession 6, Stisted as in DM312516, now in the Town of Huntsville, District Municipality of Muskoka.

The proposed by-law will come before Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held electronically on October 25, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Written comments regarding the proposed disposition of surplus property may be submitted to the Municipal Clerk no later than 4:30 p.m. on October 22, 2021.
