Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Huntsville proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, and amendments thereto, to stop up and close that Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Lot 24, Concession 1, geographic Township of Brunel, Town of Huntsville, District Municipality of Muskoka, being Part 2 on Reference Plan 35R-26642. The proposed By-law will come before Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, 37 Main Street East, Huntsville, Ontario on Monday, the 24th day of January, 2022 at the hour of 6:00 o'clock p.m., and at that time Council will hear any person or by his/her Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, who claims that his/her lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
