Back to SearchTAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Huntsville proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, and amendments thereto, to stop up and close that portion of the Original Road Allowance in front of Part of Hidden Valley Road and Part of Lot 31, Concession 2 geographic Township of Chaffey, Town of Huntsville, District Municipality of Muskoka, and for the conveyance of Parts 1, 2 and 3, Plan 35R27291. The proposed By-law will come before Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, 37 Main Street East, Huntsville, Ontario on November 27, 2023 at the hour of 5:30 o'clock p.m., and at that time Council will hear any person or by his/her Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, who claims that his/her lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
