Notice of Original Road Allowance Closing - 194 Clarkes Lane

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Huntsville proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, and amendments thereto, to stop up and close that portion of the Original Road Allowance between Lots 15 & 16, Concession 7 Stephenson designated as Part 1, Plan 35R27657. The proposed By-law will come before Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, 37 Main Street East, Huntsville, Ontario on  January 27, 2025 at the hour of 5:30 o'clock p.m., and at that time Council will hear any person or by his/her Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, who claims that his/her lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
