TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Huntsville proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Section 270 1(1) and 1(4) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, and amendments thereto, to declare ID#284, 24 Chaffey Township Road, Part Lot 40, RCP 525, Parts 1 & 2, 35R19632 as surplus to the municipalities needs and set the disposition method as “Offer to sell to abutting landowner or property owner in close proximity”. The proposed By-law will come before Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, 37 Main Street East, Huntsville, Ontario on March 24, 2025 at the hour of 5:30 o'clock p.m., and at that time Council will hear any person or by his/her Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, who claims that his/her lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
