Director of Operations and Protective Services provides an update on the Significant Weather Event as well as road and sidewalk operations. Watch the December 26 video https://youtu.be/thyGX9ba_AQ or review the highlights:

-          Huntsville has received more snow in 48hrs than we normally receive on average in a 2 month period, in some locations 135cm was recorded

-          This has been a challenging storm, and the Town of Huntsville thanks our residents for their patience

-          Our Teams continue to respond to emergencies and clear roads, however it will take time

-          As of December 26, 2022 there will be at least one lane of travel open on all roads in Huntsville, and we have started to clear sidewalks

-          Please keep sidewalks and roadways clear of parked cars, and give our plows and equipment the room they need to operate
