Upcoming Meeting Date: March 12th, 2025
Time: 1:00 p.m.
Location: Council Chambers (3rd Floor), Town Hall, 37 Main Street East, Huntsville or see the virtual (ZOOM) meeting participation link and instructions below.
Town of Huntsville planning meetings often exceed the meeting room capacity of 30 persons. In those circumstances, individuals are asked to wait in a prearranged waiting area (3rd floor hallway or Partners Hall) outside of the Council Chambers until their application is called. Wait times can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the meeting’s agenda. As we look for solutions to improve our meeting room capacity, we would like to remind the community that the virtual Zoom meeting is available for those that wish to make a comment or speak to a specific application. This could be a great option for those that wish to participate from the comfort of their own space. For details on how to participate online please view the instructions below and we thank you for your patience on this matter.
