Blue boxes, garbage tags, green bins
- Buy at any landfill station in Muskoka
- Buy compost bins at most local hardware stores
- Buy garbage bag tags at Town Hall in Huntsville or purchase bag tags online
- Beginning March 1, 2023, purchase bag tags at a discounted price when purchased in bulk – five tags for $35. Garbage Bag Tags can be purchased from any transfer station.

The District of Muskoka accepts electronic waste at most transfer stations. If you have electronic waste and are looking for the proper way to recycle it, you can:
- Drop off at Stisted Transfer Station
- Drop off at Intyre Electronic Recycling, this recycle depot accepts e-waste
