Public Hearing Notices for Planning Matters

Public notification with respect to Consents, Minor Variances, Zoning By-law Amendments, and Official Plan Amendments are posted for information and comment prior to Committee Meetings. Staff's report and recommendation are posted on the Friday prior to the meeting date on the Council and Committees Portal.

Official Plan Review
The Town is reviewing and updating its Official Plan, a document which considers the Town's unique circumstances and identifies a vision as well as policies to guide land use and development.  Two Open Houses and a Public Meeting have been scheduled to give the public an opportunity to review and provide comment on the draft Official Plan:
