Business Retention and Expansion Program (BR&E)

We engage our business community through our BR&E program. 45 businesses meet with us each year. As a group we proactively identify and solve potential issues. This gives us the chance to communicate openly with our business community.

Business Improvement Area (BIA)

Downtown Huntsville BIA supports business members and customers by improving the downtown area. Our town is vibrant and welcoming, giving many reasons to visit businesses in Huntsville.

Chamber of Commerce

Huntsville/Lake of Bays Chamber of Commerce is one of the strongest Chambers of Commerce in Ontario. The Chamber supports business development and success through paid memberships. And helps to create a vibrant and diverse economy in Huntsville.

As our main tourism partner, the Chamber works with the business community and Huntsville's Economic Development department. This further helps align efforts and resources to enhance tourism and drive traffic to local businesses.

FedNor

Get support to expand your business or bring it into the area. As a local business you have access to FedNor and Eastern Ontario Economic Development Fund.

Muskoka Futures

Muskoka Futures - Community Futures Development Corporation (CFDC), provides business planning support services. It also helps with loans for business start-ups and expansions.

Small Business Centre

Muskoka Small Business Centre gives free and confidential business consulting. These services are available if you are looking to start or expand a business.
