Posted On Monday October 04, 2021

(Huntsville, ON) The Town of Huntsville’s Draft Community Planning Permit (CPP) By-law is now available for public feedback.

The CPP By-law provides Huntsville the ability to regulate and manage development in a more streamlined and flexible manner by combining separate development processes for Zoning Amendments, Minor Variances and Site Plan Agreements into one application.

The Town of Huntsville is seeking public feedback on the draft By-law available for review on myhuntsville.ca.

Residents will have an opportunity to find out more about the draft, and provide feedback at the upcoming Public Open House, on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 6pm, and Public Meeting, on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 6pm.  Both events will be held virtually over Zoom and residents interested in participating can do so by visiting www.huntsville.ca/PC for meeting links and instructions.  If you require special accommodation for a meeting, please connect with planning@huntsville.ca.

Residents are encouraged to provide their questions or comments directly to planning staff in advance of the public forums by selecting the questions tab or staff contacts available on myhuntsville.ca/cppbylaw. In addition, comments can be made directly on the Draft Precinct Interactive Map.
