Update: The cross culvert installation/repair is scheduled to be completed on June 29, 2023, at 4:00 pm.
Original Notice - June 28, 2023: Please be advised that Stephenson Road 7 West from Old Muskoka Road to Stephenson Road 8 West will be temporarily closed on June 29, 2023, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. The roads will be closed due to cross culvert installation/repair, and there will be no emergency vehicle access. For a detailed road closure map and information, visit: huntsville.ca.

Scam Warning – Huntsville Lake of Bays Fire Department Not Soliciting Donations

(Huntsville, ON) Residents are advised of a new phone scam where callers claim to be calling on behalf of the fire department and are asking for funds to assist with the wildfires in Canada. The Huntsville Lake of Bays Fire Department is not making these calls and would never solicit for donations over the phone.
Residents are advised to hang up immediately and report any suspicious calls to the Ontario Provincial Police non-emergency line at 1-888-310-1122.
