Due to extenuating circumstances, please be advised that the following pool programs have been cancelled for January 21, 2025:

  • Body Blast: 9:00-9:45am
  • Morning Preschool Swim: 9:15-10:00am
  • Jog & Spin: 9:45-10:30am
  • Aquafit: 10:30am-11:15am
  • Adult Multi-Level: 1:00-2:00pm
  • Hydrorider: 2:00-2:45pm
  • Afternoon Lap Swim: 2:00-2:45pm

Road Closure - Hanes Street - January 28-31, 2025

Please be advised that construction on Hanes Street has been extended and will take place from February 5 to 10, 2025. Access for emergency vehicles will be maintained. Sidewalks will not be affected.

(Huntsville/Lake of Bays) (January 13, 2025) – Around 8:30 a.m. on January 13, 2025, the Huntsville/Lake of Bays Fire Department responded to a reported vehicle fire on Earls Road in Huntsville. Crews from Station 1 Huntsville, comprising 11 firefighters and 2 trucks, responded to the event.

Upon arrival, firefighters discovered an electric school bus engulfed in flames. Fire crews used water from a nearby fire hydrant to extinguish the fire. The fire did not damage any of the homes on Earls Road...
