(Huntsville/Lake of Bays) Mark your calendars! The Huntsville/Lake of Bays Fire Department is ramping up for the 36th annual Project Porchlight Food Drive in support of the Salvation Army. Fire trucks, with the assistance of the OPP, EMS, Public Works, and Motorcyclists of Muskoka, will be coming house-to-house to collect non-perishable food donations across our community on Wednesday, December 4, starting at 6 p.m.

Customer Service Options During Canada Post Strike

The Canada Post strike will cause an interruption in postal service nationwide and will impact the delivery of mail and parcels.
The Town of Huntsville would like to notify residents of the following impacts:
- Pre-Authorized Monthly Tax Payment (PAP) withdrawal amount letters will be delayed. Residents who have chosen PAP for their taxes and are interested in knowing their withdrawal amounts can contact the Finance Department at finance@huntsville.ca, 705-789-1751 dial 2.

Fairy Vista Trail Temporary Closure Starting November 20, 2024

November 22, 2024 Update: Fairy Vista Trail is now reopened.
Please be advised that the Town of Huntsville's Fairy Vista Trail will be temporarily closed for repairs starting Wednesday, November 20 and remain closed for one week. Barricades will be in place at the trailheads off of Grandview Drive and the District of Muskoka parking lot. Residents should also note that Huntsville crews continue to monitor weather conditions and will keep Huntsville trails open until snow.
