Watershed Conditions Statement - Water Safety

Please be advised that the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF) – Bracebridge Minden Parry Sound District has issued a Watershed Conditions Statement – Water Safety Bulletin effective until Friday, April 19, 2024.

Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Lower-lying portions of known flood-prone areas may be impacted to varying degrees as lake/river levels start to rise in response to significant precipitation.

Partial Bridge Closure – Williamsport Road Bridge – April 15-May 21, 2024

Residents are advised that there will be a single lane closure of the Williamsport Road Bridge (through traffic permitted) from April 15-May 21, 2024, for maintenance, including concrete repair, joint seal replacement, guiderail/approach improvements.
