(HUNTSVILLE ON) The Huntsville Public Library is excited to expand in-person hours with additional evening hours to meet the community's needs. These hours commenced Aug. 24th based on feedback from clients and the community. For those who wish, the ability to use library-to-go is still an option. Media Release: Get Alarmed Huntsville and Lake of Bays

(HUNTSVILLE ON) During the months of September and October, the Huntsville/Lake of Bays Fire Department will be conducting a door-to-door campaign in neighbourhoods across Huntsville and Lake of Bays between 6pm and 8pm.

Every home in Ontario is required to have working smoke and carbon monoxide (CO) alarms and the fire department wants to spread that message to all our residents.

Temporary Lane Reduction On Swing Bridge

Please be advised the swing bridge in downtown Huntsville will temporarily be reduced to a single lane of traffic during the morning commute on Tuesday, Aug. 31, from 8 a.m. into the early afternoon.

The bridge will remain open to pedestrians during this time and access to businesses will continue to be accommodated.
