Notice of District of Muskoka Night Works - Main Street - September 16-27, 2024

(Huntsville, ON) Residents are advised that the District of Muskoka’s contractor, Dufferin Construction, will be conducting essential maintenance work at night on Main Street in Huntsville starting September 16 and continuing through the week of September 23. The project will involve pipe flushing and CCTV Inspections. This work is related to the Diggin’ Downtown project and is part of the warranty process.

News Notice: District Road Closure – Brunel Road – July 22-26, 2024

(Huntsville, ON) Residents are advised that the District of Muskoka has issued a Full Road Closure Notice for Brunel Road (Muskoka Road 2) from Main Street to Veterans Way, starting Monday, July 22, 2024 at 7 a.m. to Friday, July 26, 2024 at end of day, for road improvements.

Residents are advised Nuit Blanche North will take place on Saturday, July 20, impacting traffic in downtown Huntsville.

Traffic impacts for this event will be as follows:

• Main Street East will be closed from Brunel Rd. to Centre St. from 4 p.m. on July 20 to 2 a.m. on July 21
• River Mill Park Parking Lot will be closed from 6 a.m. on July 20 to 4 a.m. on July 21
