(HUNTSVILLE, ON)  With over 150 photo submissions, the 2019 Huntsville Photo Contest winners were chosen by Deputy Mayor Karin Terziano on Tuesday October 15, 2019. Town of Huntsville staff helped shortlist the final images for the Deputy Mayor to select her winning three.

Take notice that the Town of Huntsville released its 2019 Development Charges Background Study today.
The Study calculates new development charges for a number of services provided by the Town including Outdoor Recreation, Library Services, Fire Services, Indoor Recreation and Parking, Development-Related Studies and Roads and Related Services.
Development charges are an important source of funding for these services.

Please note that the District of Muskoka has advised of an upcoming full road closure:
Location: Aspdin Road (Muskoka Road 3), East of Etwell Road at CN Rail Crossing
Date: Thursday, October 10, 2019
Time: 9am-4pm
Reason closed : CN Rail repairs
Advance warning signage will be in place and a signed detour will be installed to direct traffic around the one-day closure while urgent rail repairs are facilitated.
