Youth Programs
Children love to explore, learn new skills, establish new friendships and discover hidden strengths within themselves. The Town of Huntsville, Community Services, offers a wide range of programs and services that will help children experience and grow as individuals.
Our youth programs include day camps, skateboarding clinics, hockey programs, ball hockey and other recreational activities.
We continue to grow and offer additional programs to the youth of our community. If you have a special skill that can be developed into a program for children and would like to get involved with teaching children a new activity or skill, please prepare a proposal for discussion with one of our staff.
The Town of Huntsville is very fortunate to have very strong community sport and recreational groups run by volunteers who give countless hours to the activities. Here is just a brief list of those groups that utilize the town's recreational facilities to offer their programs: Huntsville Skating Club, Huntsville Minor Hockey, Huntsville Soccer Club, Huntsville Minor Ball, Huntsville Sailing Club, Rocky Island Swim Team, Muskoka Aquatic Swim Team, and Huntsville Minor Lacrosse. If you would like to assist with the development of these organizations or want to get your child involved, contact the clubs main contact. The list of these clubs can be found in the Leisure Activity Guide under the section titled Community Information.

Day Camp Registration Information
Registration for all summer day camp programs will begin on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 and will continue throughout the summer. We would like to inform you that spaces fill quickly. Therefore, we recommend that you register early to book your children in our summer day camp programs.
*Please note that activities are subject to change. Confirmation will be made at
registration starting Tuesday, April 27, 2010.
Registration forms are available in a pdf format below. Town of Huntsville forms cannot be submitted electronically, but may be printed off, filled out and submitted to the respective department for processing.
