AQUATIC
REGISTRATION - HOW TO REGISTER
1.Please use a separate form for children, adults and private lessons. One form may be used if more than one child is being registered from the same family for regular classes,
2. The two page forms provided at the Canada Summit Centre provide a receipt.
3. Registrations done in person will be processed first.
4. Aftter the special registration days, registrations will be accepted at the Main Reception Office, Canada Summit Centre, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Please note, registrations cannot be accepted on evenings or weekends at the Pool Office.
5. Phone registrations will only be accepted with a VISA or Mastercard, after the first two days of registration.
6. Registrations may be faxed to 789-8943 with a credit card number. Staff will process faxed registrations at their earliest convenienxce. |
Fall 2010 Aquatic Registration
Date: Tuesday,September 14th and Wednesday September 15th, 2010
Time: 7:30 am to 8:00 pm
After these dates, registration will only be accepted Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30.
Fall Aquatic lessons begin the week of September 27th, 2010. The Canada Summit Centre will be closed on Monday, October 11, 2010 for Thanksgiving Day.
Cost for lessons:
Red Cross Swim Kids 1 - 10 & Red Cross Swim Preschool programs:
$60.50 per child for 10 scheduled classes
$55.00 per child for 9 scheduled classes
Red Cross Starfish or Duck lessons :
$50.00 per child for 10 scheduled classes
$45.00 for 9 scheduled classes.
Winter 2011 Aquatic Registration
Date: Tuesday December 14th and Wednesday December 15th, 2010
Time: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
After these dates, registration will be accepted Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30.

Cost for lessons:
Red Cross Swim Kids 1 - 10 & Red Cross Swim Preschool programs:
$60.50 per child for 10 scheduled classes
$55.00 per child for 9 scheduled classes
Red Cross Starfish or Duck lessons :
$50.00 per child for 10 scheduled classes
$45.00 for 9 scheduled classes.
Non Resident fees may apply.
Program
Policies
The
Leisure Services Department reserves the right to
withdraw, postpone, cancel or combine classes, limit
registration or change instructors. If your course
is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, you
may either transfer to another program or receive
a full refund. |
Payment
Full
payment must be received with a completed registration
form on the day you register for an Aquatic program. For your convenience VISA
/ MASTER CARD & Interac are available. Please note that cheques will no longers be accepted.
Class Changes
There will be a $10.00
administration fee applied to parents wishing to change
day or times of registration. Please make sure
you know what other activities may conflict with your
child's swimming lesson before you register.
Refunds
Request
for refund will not be accepted
after the first lesson unless accompanied by a medical
certificate. We regret participants receive no
refund if the cancellation affects minimum class numbers. Requests must be submitted in writing. An administration
fee of $10.00 will be deducted and all refunds will be
"prorated" whether classes are attended
or not. Any classes missed may not be
made up at another class time or session.
Class Postponement
Should
it be necessary to cancel a class, every attempt will
be made to reschedule that class. However, if the
class cannot be rescheduled no refund in registration
fees will be issued. Lessons cancelled due to building
closures will be rescheduled.
Missed Classes
A
swimming lesson, semi-private or private lesson can not be made up if your child misses a class due to a conflict
with another activity, sickness or injury.
Non-Resident
Fees
Effective
September 2004 a 10% non-resident fee applies to all programs.
