Program Registration

Registration forms are available in a pdf format below.  Town of Huntsville forms cannot be submitted electronically, but may be printed, filled out and submitted to the Administration office for processing. The Canada Summit Centre accepts cash, debit, Visa or Mastercard. Personal cheques are not accepted. All prices are plus applicable taxes, if any. A 10% non-resident fee applies.

We would like to inform you that spaces fill quickly. Therefore, we recommend that you register early to book your children in our day camp programs.

*Please note that activities are subject to change. Confirmation will be made at time of registration.

Summer Camp Programs

Registration for summer day camp typically begins in late March or early April and continues throughout the summer.
