Welcome to Huntsville!
Huntsville is an adventure waiting for you. We have that small town feeling that will welcome you twelve months of the year!
We have hosted numerous events with more on the way this year! In 2012 we will host the ParaSport Winter Olympic Games in addition to the Ontario Small Urban Municipalities Conference and Trade Show. Past events hosted include but are certainly not limited to: the 2010 G8 Summit, 2010 Ontario Winter Youth Games, the Muskoka Triathlon, Ironman 70.3, Canadian National Pond Hockey Championship and Ontario Paralympic Winter Championships.
Our community has so much to offer with the Algonquin Theatre, Muskoka Heritage Place, Huntsville Public Library, Waterloo Summit Centre for the Environment, Canada Summit Centre.
Our events calendar is full of exciting, entertaining things to do year-round!
We also offer plenty of choice when it comes to recreation, boasting many parks and trails for you to take part in hiking and biking - or simply take in the beautiful scenery. Huntsville is also the major gateway to Algonquin Provincial Park.
